For lenders

Your funding desk, already running

Queue, underwriting, offers, portfolio - one desk. Set your box once: paper that clears it arrives parsed, and the desk recommends an offer you control. No paid leads. No commission padding. You pay per funded deal.

Named systems, not a promise

The infrastructure under every file a funder opens here, and who runs each piece.

  • Bank data, from Plaid

The merchant connects their own bank through Plaid. You receive parsed, source-labeled transactions; we never see or store a login.

  • Identity and business verification, from Middesk

Signer identity and the entity are checked against registry and identity records, not typed into a form.

  • E-signature, in-house

E-SIGN Act consent captured in app. Document hash, version, timestamp, IP, and user agent are stored with every signature.

  • Encryption, at rest and in transit

TLS 1.3 on every connection. Sensitive fields are field-level encrypted (XSalsa20-Poly1305); the database volume is encrypted at rest with AES-256.

  • Audit trail, hash-chained

Every access and action writes to an append-only log, each row hashed to the one before it. Tampering breaks the chain from that point on.

What you receive

A consented file, not a forwarded email

Two things put a submission on your desk, and nothing else does: a merchant authorized it, and your box passed. No spam to wade through, no blind shopping, no story to take on faith. Here is what lands.

  • The entity, as filed

Legal name, EIN last four, state, industry, time in business, and the signer who stands behind the file. You know who you are funding before you open a statement.

  • The account, month by month

Deposits, debits, and covered months, pulled straight from the statements. A month we could not read says so, instead of leaving you to find the gap.

  • Positions found in the account

Daily and weekly debits parsed out of the statements, beside the advances the merchant disclosed. Stacking shows up before you fund, not after.

  • Documents, with their source

Government ID, voided check, and every upload, each labeled with where it came from and when. No mystery attachments to chase.

  • The box note

Which of your configured rules the file cleared, and which evidence is still outstanding. Your criteria, already checked when it reaches you.

  • The consent artifact

Who authorized the share, the exact timestamp, and every desk the file was disclosed to. The proof it was never backdoored.

How a file gets to you
  1. 1

The merchant authorizes the share by name

Before a file moves, the merchant reads who receives it, that each recipient underwrites independently, and that New Matrix makes no lending decision. Then they tick it.

  2. 2

It goes to every box it fits, at the same time

No queue, no gatekeeper, no desk the merchant did not pick. If nothing fits a box, nothing is sent.

  3. 3

    The receipt outlives the deal

The authorization is stored with the full disclosed set. Their dashboard lists every desk that received the file, and yours holds the routing receipt that let you open it.

No rented lists, no resold leads, no file bought from a data broker. If a merchant did not authorize it, you never see it.

Field provenance

Every field says where it came from

A broker packet labels nothing. You get a revenue figure and a story, and your underwriter spends an hour separating them. Here the label is attached to the field before you open it.

Verified

Came from the source, not from the merchant.

  • Account ownership and transactions

The merchant logs in at their own bank. We never hold the password.

  • Business registry record

The entity checked against registry filings, not against a form.

  • Signer identity and face match

Captured from the signer. Never handed over by a broker.

  • Signed terms and consent record

Document hash, version, timestamp, IP, and user agent, stored with the file.

Stated

The merchant typed it. Useful, and never dressed up as evidence.

  • Requested amount and use of funds
  • Monthly revenue as the merchant reports it
  • Advances and positions the merchant discloses
  • Industry, picked from a fixed list, never typed
  • Owner, contact, and entity details

Where a stated figure and the account disagree, the gap is shown on the file instead of one number quietly winning.

Derived

Computed by us, with the inputs kept beside the answer.

  • Deposits and average balance, by month, from parsed statements
  • Daily and weekly debits found in the account
  • Time in business, in months
  • Box fit against the rules you configured
  • Funding readiness, with the inputs that moved it

Derived numbers support your review. They are not our credit opinion and they are not a decision.

Example data packet: Sunrise Diner Co. LLC - Chase ****4521, source-labeled
$45,000/mo$28,420/mo-37%
No active MCAs2 daily debits ($420 + $189)Stack detected
3.5 yrs in biz3.5 yrs (matches public record)Verified
$0 outstanding$84,000 in MCA principalHidden debt
Illustrative reviewer note: 3 material discrepancies. Hold routing until the conflicting evidence is reviewed.

Stips the account can answer satisfy themselves. At funding, the whole file downloads as one package.

  • Derived is never printed as verified. The inputs behind a computed field stay visible on the file.
  • A missing input reads unknown. It never reads zero, and never a number we guessed.
  • A statement we cannot parse comes back unreadable, with the reason. There is no silent zero month.

Box-rule review

Set your box. Matching paper arrives

You set the box: state, product, minimum revenue, maximum amount, and time in business. The screen supports your review; it does not automatically decline a merchant or make a credit decision.

New Matrix screens every file against your box and keeps missing evidence visible; the desk recommends, your team decides.

A file lands in your queue only after the merchant authorizes the share and it clears your box, with source labels and missing evidence marked.

The round trip

Match, stips, terms. Each one a record

The same three steps every desk already runs, with the email thread taken out of the middle.

  1. 1
    Match

Your box decides who sees the file

A file that fails any of your box rules never reaches you. One that clears them all is worth an underwriter hour.

    • Gate on product, state, revenue, ticket size, time in business, industries, and an optional FICO floor.
    • You configure the rules. Nobody configures them for you.
    • A lender with no configured box receives nothing, rather than everything.
    • The fit note travels with the file, so you see which rule it cleared.
  2. 2
    Stips

Ask the file before you ask the merchant

Request a stipulation and the file answers first. If the evidence is already there, the stip comes back satisfied, with the figures and the source named.

    • What the account cannot answer is asked of the merchant once, in-app.
    • The answer lands on the same file, not in a mailbox.
    • A stip can be a condition of a specific offer, so a revised approval knows what it is waiting on.
  3. 3
    Offer

Terms come back as fields, not prose

Your desk posts a structured offer. The merchant compares it against the other approvals on total payback, not on the headline rate.

    • Amount, term, rate or factor, payment and frequency, fees, expiry, conditions.
    • Every revision is versioned, so what you posted stays reconstructable.
    • Decline with a reason on the record instead of silence.

A match is not an approval

Clearing your box means the file is eligible for your review. It is not a credit decision, not a pre-approval, and not a promise to the merchant. New Matrix does not approve, decline, or price a deal. Your desk does, and nothing is approved until your desk posts terms.

Your underwriting command center

This is the desk, not a deal feed

One routed file at a time: the merchant, the ask, the evidence on file, and the decision your rep makes on it, right here. Hotkeys move the desk to the next file without leaving the queue.

The old way

Buy leads. Compete with everyone

Same statements, shopped everywhere. You underwrite for an hour, then the file resurfaces tomorrow under another broker.

  • Paid leads with low intent
  • Race to bottom on price
  • No record of who saw what
With New Matrix Capital

Free leads. Exclusive window. Audit log

A file stays private until the merchant authorizes the share and it clears your box. Every platform touch writes an attribution audit trail: who saw the file, and when.

  • No rented or resold lists
  • Six-month anti-circumvention on every routed file
  • Downloads watermarked with the receiving desk and deal reference; where a file cannot carry a stamp, the manifest names it

For funders

Fund it without the funding call

Fake signer, wrong account, fake business, misquoted terms: all four verified at the source. The evidence travels with the deal.

A synthetic merchant has to defeat all four at once.

Business credit arrives source-labeled in every file. You still pull consumer credit under your own permissible purpose, exactly as you do now.

No statement chasing

Bank data comes straight from the institution. Nothing to re-collect, nothing to re-key.

No login-sharing risk

Credentials never touch us and never touch you.

No broker in the middle

The merchant signs the published terms directly. Nobody quotes numbers the contract does not say.

Standard buy-rate and sell-rate spread, with a provenance trail: your original terms stay beside the published ones, funding reconciles the two, and state disclosures compute from the offer the merchant accepted.

Rate inside the range follows paper grade, term, position, and volume.

  • MCA-family spread settles out of the merchant's rate per funded deal, never invoiced to you, recognized on most positions once your deal is in profit. A deal that never funds costs you nothing.
  • Sustained volume of $5M+ in routed funded deals per quarter qualifies you for negotiated schedules.
  • SBA referral compensation is regulated: capped at 3%, lender-paid only, SBA Form 159 handled per the rules.
  • The exact rate is recorded on the funded deal. Full terms: Section 2 of the Lender Master Agreement, signed at onboarding.

For brokers & ISOs

Bring the deal. Keep the merchant. Get paid per funded deal

Submit a file in minutes and let the platform run it to every funder whose box it clears. You keep the relationship and the commission; New Matrix does the busywork.

Your merchants stay yours

Attribution locks the file to you. No desk you submit to can go around you on the reload.

Build your own book

Add reps and sub-ISOs to your shop, and watch their pipeline and their split from your own desk.

Commission you can see

Every funded deal posts your cut to the ledger, tracked to the dollar.

New Matrix preps the file

Bank data read, positions mapped, stips flagged. You submit a clean file, not a shoebox.

What you earn

Your split, agreed per relationship. Not a platform-wide rate

No platform fee comes out of your split, and nothing is held back for running the file through the desk. What lands in the ledger is yours, tracked to the dollar.

  • Your split is on file before the first deal you send in runs: up to 50% of the platform's points on a deal you source, set per signed schedule. It divides our points, never inflates the merchant's rate.
  • Each funded deal posts your cut to the broker ledger, tracked to the dollar.
  • Payouts move through Stripe Connect once you complete a one-time bank authorization. Splits are confirmed at onboarding.
  • ISO applications get an answer within one business day, same as lenders.
  • Sub-broker seats are tracking only for now. You see their book and their splits, but there's no separate login for them yet and no automatic sub-payouts.
